Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Management
Mind Motivation offers premium features through in-app subscriptions. All subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple through your App Store account. This means that:
- Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
2. How to Manage Your Subscription
To manage or cancel your Mind Motivation subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top of the Settings menu
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find and tap "Mind Motivation" in your list of subscriptions
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" to cancel, or select a different subscription option to change your plan
Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above to properly cancel your subscription and avoid future charges.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by Mind Motivation. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the subscription purchase you want to request a refund for
- Follow the instructions to submit your refund request
4. Price Changes
If the price of a subscription changes, Apple will notify you before the price change goes into effect. You will have the opportunity to agree to the new price or cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
5. Free Trial Terms
If offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the end of the free trial period.
